Russia had a falling out with the Chernarus government after they denied them access into neighbouring countries to the West. Since then there has been an escalation of force against the population of Chernarus and the local population has been evacuated to the South. Two Marine battalions have been sent to act as a blocking force against the Russian invasion and are preparing to assist the Chernarus government in pushing them out of the country. We have learned that a Russian supply convoy is heading South along Route Tiger, we are to prevent that convoy from making it past our position, and be prepared to defend our location if they attempt to counter us.     RSI just dropped their Alpha 3.0 which has released a lot of new ships and locations to explore in the Alpha version of the game. RSI have also announced that they will now begin to release major content and update drops quarterly however they still have not given a ETA on full release, but have no fear we are nearly there. Besides the FPS drops (Defiantly depends on your rig, mine runs fine) and glitches in animations and when a space ports ATC grants you landing and you crush some poor guys fighter... Whoops... It is actually very playable where it is at the moment. I would suggest to those who have the game already from the early days of when it was being backed on kickstarter, to get back in and explore what has changed over time. For those who have not yet purchased it and are thinking of doing so, I would say this, be prepared to get pissed at the game, it is still in Alpha and has many bugs including crashes back to desktop. However! The game is beautiful to look at and I will be spending a little more time on it with the release of 3.0 Anyone looking to jump in and play can take a crew seat in my constellation and come explore some planets and maybe help out with some cargo runs as bandits always love to try pick me off from time to time. My ship if anyone is keen to come for a fly, I need a co-pilot!

    We usually run our servers on most days. Always check in on our TeamSpeak and see if there is anyone online as some days we don't always get a huge crowd. Great way to keep up to date with it all is to stay active on our forums :) Thanks for your interest!

Raider 1-1, a US Army Platoon is being deployed to covertly infiltrate into hostile territory and overwatch potential Insurgent firing positions. Mission intent is to eliminate Insurgent mortar team. We have learned that a Russian supply convoy is heading South along Route Tiger, we are to leave prevent that convoy from making it past our position and be prepared to defend our location if they attempt to counter us. SIT ENEMY The Russian military operate in large numbers, expect squads of up to eight men and roaming patrols of two to three. It is unlikely that there will be many dismounted patrols in the area as they mostly operate with wheeled or tracked vehicles. It is likely that if the enemy is engaged by a large enough force that they may request QRF or CAS to assist them however at this stage we control most the airspace so an air threat is unlikely. Their main attempt is to gain access to the South, if they can take out our blocking forces then they will have access along two of the main supply routes to the South which will prevent us resupplying North. They mostly utilize light skin trucks to move infantry however we have identified several motorized platoons moving about the area with possible armour support. SIT FRENDILY Bravo Company, 2nd Marines is currently deployed in a blocking force in the North of Chernarus. We have access to a heavy weapons team and Artillery support to the south. Ammunition is currently running low as we have been fighting in the same location for several days. Resupply should be arriving soon and should also include some heavy mounted weapons. SIT CIVILIAN Civilian population has been evacuated to the South of Chernaurs however we want to minimize any damage to civilian structures if possible. Mission Bravo Company, 2nd Marines is to ambush the Russian supply convoy moving along route tiger NLT 0600 IOT deny the enemy access to the South and to prevent our supply lines from being cut off. Execution Three Phase operation: Phase 1: Resupply the platoon on route to the Ambush location, a C130J is available and ready to drop supplies the the South of our current location. Phase 2: Conduct the Ambush and search for INTEL about any other Russian movements in the area. Phase 3: Move back to the blocking position and hold out against any possible threats. Admin/Logistics Ammunition: Currently low. Resupply is en-route to our location. Additional supplies should arrive for when we return to the harbor location. Medical: A single Corpsman is attached to the platoon. PAK's carried on each person. Specialist Equipment: TOW missile launcher located at the harbour location, additional heavy weapons should be arriving with resupply. Three SEAL teams and a sniper/recon team are being sent in to break him out of the prison where he is being held, find him and recover any INTEL from the prison and extract back to the USS Freedom. Prep your NVG's and equip your suppressors, because we are going in quiet on this one... SIGN UP HERE!

    OPERATION BLACKBIRD "PRISON BREAK" Situation Overview Over the past few months the CIA has been working undercover in Lingor, attempting to uncover the conspiracy behind the recent terror attack that took place in South East Asia. The evidence that came from the attack directed back to some individual’s that operate out of Lingor with the protection of the Lingor military. Four days ago the two undercover agents working on the case were abducted from their safe house, one of the agents was killed and the other is being held at the Lingor prison under security. The Lingor army is not our ally and have in the past worked closely with terror organizations offering assistance in exchange for weapons and illegal narcotics. SEAL teams are preparing to insert into Lingor and recover the CIA operative from the prison. SIT ENEMY The Lingor Army operates in large numbers, expect squads of up to eight men and roaming patrols of two to three. Most patrols outside of the prison will stay local protecting the boundaries, their patrols should not enter the dense vegetation. We know that the enemy has a QRF unit on standy IVO the stronghold to the east, they will most likely attempt to contact them if they are engaged or if they discover a threat. If the enemy engages us they will attempt to withdraw into the prison and defend it until enemy QRF can arrive. The Lingor Army has no NVG capability so they will rely heavily on the use of flashlights to locate targets. They mostly utilize light skin vehicles to move around Lingor and have access to varied techincals to engage targets at long distance with maximum firepower. SIT FRENDILY Two six man teams are deploying via CH47 into the province of Lingor. Our recon team is currently located 300m from the prison providing surveillance. Xray will be on station for extraction once the HVT has been located and brought back to the RV. USS Freedom is currently located 6km off shore to the West. No CAS or IDF is available to friendly forces. SIT CIVILIAN Civilians are in the area and operate along MSR's, however they should not be in the area of operations as that part of the island is under military control. Mission Raider 1-1 is to locate and extract HVT from Lingor prison NLT 0500hrs IOT deny the enemy from gaining intel on other known operations in the area. Execution Three Phase operation: Phase 1A: Depart USS Freedom via CH47 to LZ Ticktac and deploy via fast ropping system into AO Phase 1B: Move from LZ Ticktac to the FUP and liaise with Sierra before moving into position to assault the prison. Sierra will move from OP 1 to OP 2 once Raider 1-1 is in position. Phase 2: Conduct of the assault on the prison. Locate the HVT. Phase 3: Extract from the prison location and move to the RV location for extract via CH47. If primary RV is compromised then move to alternate RV.
