Using tv as a display

Question

I want to use my big tv as my second monitor in lounge room but want to use keyboard mouse and headphone in lounge room as well 

 

I know I can use hdmi to to the tv for visual 

And wireless  for keyboard and mouse 

But how do I  get headphones working through  tv via hdmi for both audio and mic 

 

Wanting to see what arma and gta5 looks like on 65inch 4k tv

You can either use or install a sound card on your pc, be internal or external usb, then just use an extension cable for your headpones and mic.

The response time on a tv when using a mouse is typically terrible.
